Honey Bee -Designed as the main raffle rug for the Western Reserve Rug Hookers Guild yearly Hook-in located in Bainbridge, Ohio-Part of the ATHA organization. This raffle was rescheduled three times due to the pandemic, and now on June 2nd of, 2022, this beautiful rug was finally raffled off and has gone to a loving home. As the WRRH raffle is complete, I am thrilled to have Honey Bee pattern as part of the Orphaned Wool Rug Hooking collection. Honey Bee -Paper rug hooking pattern Includes a Paper pattern ( pattern size 6 1/2 x 8 1/2 ) designed to be enlarged (See below for suggested sizes and uses). A Custom Full-Color placement guide,  Enlargement Permission slip, size suggestions & information, and a color photo of the completed design.

Paper Rug Hooking pattern enlargement/ permission slip: This Honey Bee Rug Hooking pattern comes with several size suggestions for pattern enlargement and includes the formula used to create different size patterns. Suppose you would like to add a border to this design to customize the pattern further. The permission slip allows you to get three enlargements done at any local copy center; bring the permission slip with you to make the enlargements.

The full-color placement guide provides all the colors used in the pattern and shows where each color is used within the design. The other helpful use of the color guide is to provide you with a way to balance the colors in the design, so if you choose to replace a single color or change the entire color palette, the guide will show where to distribute that new color(s) and maintain color balance throughout the design.

Perfect paper pattern for the Oxford punch or rug hooking artist. Remember to have the pattern reversed at your local copy center before you start the enlargement process. Rug punching works the design from the backside.

Enlargement size suggestions:

200% = 13 x 17- Pillow Size

300% = 19 1/2 x 25 1/2- Wall hanging or tabletop size

400% = 26 x 34 -Rug Size/  Large Wall Hanging

500% = 32 1/2 x 42 1/2 -Large Rug size (finished design is this size)

Feel free to add a border to make the pattern your desired size! Note: Cut out the paper pattern before enlargement to create an accurate size.
