The photographs show the Design finished using DMC Floss colors. This download also has the option to use Valdain threads as part of the color guide. So you can use DMC or Valdani, or a combination of both thread companies, to create this Honey Bee design.

Eighteen DMC Floss colors are used in the Honey Bee pattern using 29 skeins to create this lovely Design. If you choose to use Valdani thread (size 12), there are 18 colors listed. Remember you can always use a combination of both thread companies to create this Design. I recommend using size 12 Valdani -Perle cotton threads with 3 of the six strands of DMC Floss if you choose to use a combination from both companies. The lines are around the same thickness and would mix and match very well.

Printing Information & hints: 

Print from your computer, not tablets and phones. They will not print the "actual size" of the document.

Open the PDF and Print (make sure your printer is set to "actual size," not a percentage setting to print the correct size pattern on your print information screen. Also, make sure it is set to print in color.

Using Standard Paper size 8 1/2 x 11. There will be four pages to print (1 full-color guide page and one partial-color page. The rest is in black and white).
