Shipping Policy

Processing Time Orders are processed within 2–5 business days. Digital downloads (PDF patterns) are delivered instantly via email upon purchase. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your physical order has shipped.

Domestic Shipping (United States) We offer free standard shipping on orders over $50. Shipping rates for orders under $50 are calculated at checkout based on weight and destination.

International Shipping We ship internationally via USPS Priority Mail International. Estimated delivery times are 6–10 business days from the date of shipment. A flat rate of $30.00 USD applies to all EU and UK orders. We currently ship internationally to the European Union and the United Kingdom. Additional international destinations may be available at checkout.

Customs, Duties & Taxes International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees upon arrival in the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our shipping rates. Orphaned Wool has no control over customs delays or fees.

EU customers: Orders may be subject to VAT upon import. Orphaned Wool does not collect VAT at checkout; any applicable VAT is the responsibility of the customer.

Digital Downloads (PDF Patterns) Digital products are delivered instantly via email upon purchase. No shipping applies to PDF orders.

Lost or Delayed Packages. If your package has not arrived within 15 business days (domestic) or 30 business days (international) of your ship date, please contact us at orphanedwool@gmail.com, and we will work with USPS to resolve the issue.
