SERENE Thread Kit - A 6-piece Custom Rustic Moire Wool (RMW)Thread Kit. Rustic Moire 100% Wool Threads (RMW) are from Spain.* These wool threads create a beautiful matte finish to your punch needle designs. They are pretty durable and perfect for creating tabletop designs and pillows.
Using wool thread is like creating miniature wool hooked rugs. You will love the unique, organic finish you get using RMW threads.
ABOUT using (RMW) RUSTIC MOIRE 100% WOOL THREADS. These threads are 100% spun wool from Spain and come in 114 gorgeous colors. They have approximately 89 yards on each spool, comparable to the size eight ball of Valdani thread. The wool thread thickness is between 8 and 12 Valdani Perle Cotton Threads.
Having a company named Orphaned Wool, I love anything wool. So I was very excited to create designs and add these New 100% wool threads to Orphaned Wool.
The (RMW) threads are slightly different than those working with Valdani Threads. The texture is more natural, not as smooth, thus being 100% spun wool, and has small nubs in the threads, which are part of working with natural fiber. However, RWM and Valdani are both beautiful threads to work with, each having unique qualities and finishes; give them both a try!
THREAD COLORS: 6 pc. Rustic Moire Wool kit was used to complete this pattern using an Ultra punch needle, a Small needle, and using the needle length set at #2.
